PVE numbers updated with Allinone's composite 4-piece Tier 9 and BiS pre-ICC Heroic numbers. The primary difference is a new emphasis on Haste, and some actual value to crit with 4-piece T9.
Removed Stamina from the PVE set, and removed gem values as Pawn calculates and recommends gems very well. The PVP numbers are mostly a creation of my imagination.
